An observational painting produced at Wroughton Museum in the spring of 2006. It shows a DeHavilland Dove in the wonderful red, white and blue RAF Markings. It is framed by the bulk of the 'Connie' airliner behind. Dominic considers this to be a sketch painting as it was done all in one sitting of about 3 hours, and whilst it may form reference for a future piece, he is unlikely to work into this actual painting again.It has been painted onto stretched canvas measuring approximately 30" x 30"
